Honestly, I’d only expect one if they got some sort of TV contract, which I don’t see as likely.

Swapped between HDTV and multiple PC based players on a single computer.

Normally I watch completely on a HDTV or a single player on PC (with PowerDVD9 or MPC-HC as the player if its on PC) or go back and forth between HDTV and PC based on what I’m doing, but due to the video and subtitle stuff I made sure to double check.

Any specific question beyond that?

Don’t have an older TV anymore. I’ll bring up my own thoughts on it, but I can’t estimate how it’ll look on any given TV. Gotta go purely based on what is on the disk.

Thanks for doing this review! I have been awaiting this release for so long.

I got my copy in too and it’s great. The packaging is the best I have seen for an American release since the laserdisc era.

Too bad the video is lousy, but the subtitle track is amazing. Not surprising because it was done by MX Media apparently and they did a great job on Gintama and other shows before. Kudos to NISA to an overall great release!
